中华优秀传统文化融入到高校学生思想教育管理的路径研究

摘　　要：辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育中最重要的一环,应该担当起应有的责任,将学生的思想政治教育放在首位。首先要做的就是需努力提高自身的文化素养和文化积淀,在日常教育和课堂教育之中渗透传统文化,提高对于优秀中华文化精神的重视程度。其次,需要开创中华传统文化教育新格局,在高校思想教育和学生工作中,应该深化中华传统文化教育的深度和广度,拓宽以往的传统的思想政治教育的框架,转变相关教育观念,探索传统文化教育同新时代大学生思想政治教育相结合的新路径。再者,使用各种载体让思政教育中的传统文化元素落地生根。As the most important part of ideological and political education for college students,counselors should assume their due responsibilities and put students’ideological and political education in the first place.The first thing to do is to strive to improve their own cultural literacy and cultural accumulation,in the daily education and classroom education into the traditional culture,improve the importance of excellent Chinese cultural spirit.The framework of traditional ideological and political education to change the related education ideas,to explore the traditional culture education combined with the new era of ideological and political education of the new path.Moreover,various carriers are used to root the traditional cultural elements in ideological and political education.
