摘 要:文中针对某型内燃叉车在怠速工况下方向盘振动过大问题展开研究,通过对怠速工况下所测得的叉车振动数据进行分析,发现方向盘在840 r/min转速下,振动量值最大,并且整车振动特征表现为在左右方向上车身整体同向摆动,在上下方向上车身扭动。运用有限元法对整车结构进行模态分析和谐响应分析,发现整车在28 Hz附近存在固有振型,振型表现形式与获得的整车振动特征相似,表现出叉车前端刚度较小问题。通过在前桥支座处焊接两种不同形式的筋板,来增强叉车前端刚度。结果表明,两种方案都使怠速工况下方向盘振动问题得到改善,并且第二种方案效果更好。Considering the excessive vibration of a certain type of internal combustion forklift under idle speed,in this paper,the vibration data of forklift under idle speed was studied and analyzed.It was found that the vibration value of the steering wheel was the largest at 840 r/min,and the vibration characteristics of the whole vehicle were that the whole body swings towards the same direction in the left and right directions,and the body twists in the up and down directions.The modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the whole vehicle structure were carried out by using the finite element method.Results show that the natural vibration mode of the whole vehicle appears near 28Hz,and the vibration mode is similar to the vibration characteristics of the whole vehicle,which leads to the problem of low rigidity of the front end of the forklift.Two different types of ribs are welded at the front axle support to enhance the rigidity of the front end of the forklift.Results show that the two schemes can both improve the vibration problem of the downward disk under idle speed,and the second scheme works better.
