摘 要:采用金相组织观察、力学性能测试和统计分析等手段,研究了退火工艺对Φ7mm薄壁内螺纹铜管微观组织和力学性能影响规律。结果表明:Φ7mm薄壁内螺纹铜管退火温度为440℃、460℃时,铜管组织细小、均匀,随着退火温度的升高,铜管的延伸率、抗拉强度是先上升后下降的趋势,退火温度460℃、保温时间37min对Φ7mm薄壁内螺纹铜管进行生产,铜管内部晶粒细小均匀,而且具有较高的抗拉强度、硬度和延伸率,铜管组织状态和综合力学性能最佳。The effect of annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical properties ofФ7mm thin-walled inner-grooved copper tube was studied by means of metallographic observation,mechanical property test and statistical analysis.The results showed that theΦ7mm thin-walled inner grooved copper tube annealed at 440℃and 460℃,the microstructure of the copper tube was small and uniform.With the increase of the annealing temperature,the elongation and tensile strength of the copper tube increase at first and then decrease,the production of 7 mm thin-walled copper tubes with internal thread was carried out by annealing at 460℃for 37 minutes.The inner grains of the tubes were fine and uniform,and the tubes had higher tensile strength,higher hardness and higher elongation,the microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of copper tube are the best.
