摘　　要：在老龄化趋势日益严峻的背景下,充分利用老年人力资源是解决中国人口结构变化产生的问题的方法之一。利用2015年中国社会调查(CGSS)数据,通过prohibit模型分析经济因素对老年人再就业意愿产生的影响,以期为激励开发老年人力资源,积极应对中国健康老龄化发展的提供借鉴。The promulgation of the national delayed retirement policy can solve the problems caused by the changes in china's population structure under the background of population aging.This paper used the Chi‐na Social Survey(CGSS)data in 2015 to analyze the influence of economic factors on the reemployment willingness of the elderly by prohibit model.In order to encourage the development of the human resources of the elderly,actively implement the proposal of healthy aging development in China.
