在线外语教师学术共同体机制发展研究——以iResearch平台“我来读文献”学术共同体为例

摘　　要：本研究旨在考察iResearch外语学术科研平台“我来读文献”活动学术共同体的运行机制迭代和共同体成员行为特点。通过对四期学术共同体互动话语进行分析以及对3位共同体参与成员进行访谈等质性研究,探究该在线学术共同体活动机制2016年至2019年的发展变化和对成员行为的影响。研究发现,机制迭代后的共同体有三个特点:更以主体成员为中心、社会性更强、学习延展性更强———以参与成员为中心的模式能够激发参与成员内在动机,以即时交流为特点的模式能够增强成员归属感,延展性更强的模式能够提升参与成员学习效果。本研究为该学术共同体的发展,以及同类在线外语教师学术共同体的建设与发展提供了参考。This paper analyzes the development of the mechanism of an on-line academic community of foreign language teachers through 4 years.This on-line academic community is based on the iResearch Foreign Language Academic Research Platform.Through the analysis on the interactional communication within four academic communities of this series,and the interviews with three participating members,it is found that the updated mechanism of the community is more participating member-centred,the interaction in it more social,and the learning in it more expansive.Thus the participating members are more motivated internally,the sense of belonging of the participating members is strengthened,and the more expansive mode promotes the learning effects of the participating members.The findings enlighten the operation improvement of this on-line academic community as well as other TOPLCs.
