摘　　要：文章根据研究机构最新发布的独角兽企业、瞪羚企业发展报告,以苏南自创区独角兽和瞪羚企业有关数据为样本,对高成长性企业发展成效进行分析,发现企业发展规模逐渐增长、发展质态逐渐提升、发展氛围逐渐浓厚等特点,对企业发展中存在的发展规模小、地区分布不平衡、缺乏生态圈建设、创新资源优势发挥不充分、培育体系有待完善问题进行分析,在加强顶层设计、强化创新策源功能、完善社会资本投入、构建良好营商环境等方面提出建议,为高成长性科技企业培育提供参考。According to the latest development report of unicorn and gazelle enterprises released by the research institutes,the relevant data of unicorn and gazelle enterprises in Sunan National Innovation Park are taken as samples to analyze the development results of high-growth enterprises,and it is found that the development scale of enterprises is gradually increasing,the quality of development is gradually improving,and the development atmosphere is gradually becoming dense.The problems in enterprise development such as small scale,regional distribution imbalance,lack of ecosystem construction,inadequate innovation resource advantage,cultivation system remaining to be improved are analyzed.Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the top-level design,strengthen the innovation policy source function,improve the social capital investment,build a good business environment and provide reference for highgrowth sci-tech enterprises.
