摘 要:文章针对目前工业视觉相关专业课程建设和实训平台建设在各高校整体处于起步阶段的现状,为满足工业视觉的实训教学需求,设计了一种基于运动控制卡和工业视觉的综合实训平台。文章详细阐述了基于运动控制卡和工业视觉综合实训平台的总体设计及工作原理,包括一系列工业视觉图像的处理过程和运动控制卡的高级逻辑控制等技术。该平台的控制系统主要是在经过传感器检测、工业相机拍照和图像处理识别后,通过运动控制卡控制4个伺服电机来驱动机械模组,以达到预设的动作轨迹,为工业视觉系统的搭建和实训教学提供了可行性方案。At present,the construction of professional courses and platforms for industrial vision training in various universities is in its infancy.In order to meet the practical training and teaching of industrial vision,this paper has designed a comprehensive training platform based on motion control card and industrial vision.This paper also introduces in detail the overall design and working principle of the platform,including a series of industrial vision image processing and advanced logic control technology of motion control cards.After the sensor detection,industrial camera photographing,image processing and recognition,the control system of the platform controls four servo motors to drive the mechanical module through the motion control card to achieve the preset motion trajectory.This design of the comprehensive training platform can provide a feasible solution for construction of industrial vision systems and practical training and teaching.
