摘　　要：我国科技创新“三步走”表明2020我国进入创新型国家,这就对国家培养创新人才提出了更高的要求。高校肩负培养、输出人才的重要使命,如何培养出更多、更好的社会应用型、创新型人才成为高校当前需要探究的重要研究课题。高校要以党建工作和创新创业教育内在关系为落脚点,相互融合产生具体实效,开创党建和创新创业教育融合的新局面。The“three steps”of scientific and technological innovation indicates that China has entered the innovation-oriented country in 2020,which puts forward higher requirements for the country to cultivate innovative talents.Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating and exporting talents.How to cultivate more and better application-oriented and innovative talents for the society has become an important research topic that higher education need to explore at present.Colleges and universities should take the internal relationship between the party building and innovation and entrepreneurship education as the foothold,and create a new situation of integrating party construction and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and produce actural eff ectiveness through mutual integration.
