摘　　要：研究培育高成长性科技企业对推动国家高新区高质量发展的支撑作用,文章以昆山高新区为例,结合昆山高新区在产业集群打造、领军企业培育、发展质态提升等方面的现实基础,阐述了高成长性科技企业培育的必要性,针对昆山高新区目前高成长性科技企业培育现状,提出了完善政策支持、加快场景建设、构建良好生态为手段培育高成长性科技企业的建议。Taking Kunshan High-tech Zone as an example and combining the realistic foundation of Kunshan High tech Zone in terms of creating industrial clusters,cultivating leading enterprises and improving development quality,this paper studies the support role of cultivating high-growth sci-tech enterprises to promote the high-quality development of national high-tech zones,elaborates the necessity of cultivating high-growth sci-tech enterprises,and proposes the suggestions of improving policy support,accelerating the construction of scenarios and building a good ecology for cultivating high-growth sci-tech enterprises by means of the current situation of cultivating high-growth sci-tech enterprises in Kunshan High-tech Zone.
