正交法优化远志皂苷的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：文章采用乙醇回流提取法提取远志总皂苷,香草醛-冰醋酸显色法测定总皂苷含量,通过单因素试验及正交试验,优选出最佳提取工艺为:20倍量70%乙醇70℃下提取1 h,此条件下总皂苷提取率可达1.900%。本法可有效提高总皂苷得率,为进一步开发和利用提供参考。Polygala tenuifolia total saponins were extracted by ethanol reflux extraction method,and the content of total saponins was determined by vanillin-glacial acetic acid chromogenic method.Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the optimum extraction process was obtained as follows:extracting 20 times 70%ethanol at 70℃for 1 hour.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total saponins was 1.900%.The method can effectively improve the yield of total saponins and provide reference for further development and utilization.
