“讲”与“听”在思政课教学中转换的探索与实践——以定向直招士官班《军队基层政治工作》课程为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,推动思想政治理论改革创新,要不断增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性。如何发挥思政课主渠道作用?我们在定向直招士官班思政教学中探索“讲”与“听”转换,总结出“以评代讲、以讲代听”教学模式,打破传统的“教师中心”的教学关系,强调学生是学习的主体,发挥他们的主观能动性,激发他们探求知识的兴趣,不断提高思政课教学效果,提高定向直招土官生的政治素养。It is pointed out by President Xi Jinping that ideological and political courses should be thoughtful,theoretical,accessible and targeted.In order to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political course teaching for non-commissioned officers,this essay discussed the application of student-centered teaching method in ideological and political course teaching,taking Grass-root Political Work in the Army Course as an example.It is suggested that the traditional teacher-centered teaching should be transformed into student-centered teaching,in which students are encouraged to speak as well as listening so that their learning interest can be stimulated.With the teaching reform and innovation,the political consciousness of non-commissioned officers are expected to be improved.
