摘 要:目的测定闽南产罗勒挥发油的成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取闽南产罗勒挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析挥发油的化学成分。结果共鉴定出36个成分,相对含量较高的化学成分为草蒿脑(83.06%)、桉叶油素(1.68%)、3-蒈烯(1.67%)、β-罗勒烯(1.59%)、α-香柠檬烯(1.20%)。结论GC-MS所测结果准确可靠,为罗勒植物资源及其相关产品的进一步开发奠定理论基础。Objective To detect the components of volatile oil from Ocimum basilicum in Southern Fujian.Methods The volatile oil from Ocimum basilicum in Southern Fujian was extracted by steam distillation.And the chemical components of it were analyzed and compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results 36 compounds were identified,and the relatively high chemical components of the volatile were Estragole(83.06%),Eucalyptol(1.68%),3-Carene(1.67%),β-Ocimene(1.59%),α-Bergamotene(1.20%).Conclusion The results of GC-MS are accurate and reliable,which provides a solid foundation for the further development of plant resources and related products from Ocimum basilicum.
