摘  要:在新文科建设背景下,传统手工艺传承人才培养中"技"与"道"的工艺修养与新时代的人才素质结构既有重叠又有新的内涵拓展。在适应传统工艺新文科建设和有效活态传承要求的金字塔多层素质结构培养中,旨在建立一种"道""技"合一的系统培养观点、由"技"入"道"的培养路径、立体/跨学科/多层次的素质培养体系。通过引进动态机制、转变手工艺术教育观念、完善人才培养素质目标,全方位地推进新文科教育进程,以适应社会、经济、生活形态、文化等的变化,培养有文化涵养、精湛技能、对当代社会和行业发展富有洞察力、有情怀、实践执行力的多类型、高素质传统工艺传承创新人才。Following new developments in humanities disciplines, the cultivation of traditional handicrafts practitioners highlights "Skills" as well as "Dao". It conforms to and builds on society’s demand on talent quality in the new era. The goal is to integrate the pursuit of "Skills" and "Dao" in the multilevel talent cultivation system that meets the requirements of new humanities disciplines and the transmission of living heritage. The cultivation starts with developing expertise and aims at harmonizing with "Dao". In a multidimensional, interdisciplinary and multilevel training system, dynamic mechanisms will be introduced and new concepts in the transmission of handicrafts will be explored and adopted. We will refine the goals of talent cultivation, advance the construction of new humanities disciplines across the board to adapt to new social, economic and cultural realities. It’s our mission to foster well-educated, skillful and diverse bearers of traditional crafts who can keep up with the latest social and industrial trends, stay passionate about their cause and have the capability of innovation.
