基于证据观的医学汉语水平考试(MCT)效度研究

摘　　要：为提升医学专业留学生培养质量,教育部中外语言交流合作中心研发了医学汉语水平考试,于2019年12月举办首考,来自46个国家的850名临床医学专业(MBBS)留学生参加。以医学汉语水平考试为研究对象,采用效度研究的"证据观",基于首套数据对其进行效度检验。结果显示,内容效度、测试质量指标、效标关联效度(HSK成绩作为效标)、结构效度和组间差异显著性检验多方面证据为该考试的有效性提供了支持。作为专门用途汉语考试效度研究的首次探索,希望可为此类测试的效度研究方法提供参考。To improve the education quality of international students who majored in medicine,Center for Language Education and Cooperation developed the Medical Chinese Test,conducting the first test in December 2019 with 850 MBBS students from 46 countries taking the test. This paper’s research object is the Medical Chinese Test. Based on “evidence” and the first set of data,we can analyse the validity of this test. The results show that the validity of the test is supported by various evidence of content validity,test quality indicators,criterion-related validity(HSK scores are used as criterion),structural validity and significant test of differences between groups. As the first study on the validity of Chinese for specific purposes-tests,this paper is expected to provide a reference for the validity research methods of such tests.
