多校区高校管理的国际经验与模式探索

摘  要:我国高等教育在由精英化向大众化、普及化的转变过程中,出现了多校区办学的格局,并在短期内取得了很大成就,但也存在需要继续完善的地方。国外多校区高校发展的时间相对较长,积累了不少经验,但也存在若干缺陷。在人类命运共同体理念下,中外应相互借鉴,取长补短。我国多校区高校正在探索构建具有中国特色的管理模式,助力我国从高等教育大国向高等教育强国的迈进。In the process of changing from elitism to massification and popularization of higher education in China,the pattern of running multi-campus universities has appeared and great achievements have been made in a short period of time,but there are still some inadequacies that need to be improved. The history of multi-campus universities abroad is relatively long and they have accumulated a lot of experience,but there are also some defects. Under the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind,Chinese and foreign universities should learn from others’ s strong points to offset one’s weakness. Now Chinese universities are exploring the establishment of multi-campus university management models with Chinese characteristics,which will help China transform itself from a big country to a powerful one with regard to higher education.
