摘 要:教育事业是国家不断向前发展的支柱产业,无论是什么层次,什么方面的教育,都是对国家人才的培养,都是对社会未来的发展进行奠定基础。随着技术时代的不断发展,社会对技术型人才的需求愈发强烈,因此社会在技术型人才培养方面愈发重视。中职学校成为推动学生技术学习与发展的理想场所,毋庸置疑,实训是提升学生技术及动手能力最有效的手段。该文主要通过对中职电子电工实训中存在的问题以及结合自己的想法提出的一些针对性策略来最大化展现出实训学习的效益来展开。Education is a pillar industry of the country’s continuous development.No matter what level or aspect of education,it is the cultivation of national talents and laying the foundation for the future development of society.With the continuous development of the technological age,the society has an increasingly strong demand for technical talents,so society is paying more and more attention to the cultivation of technical talents.Vocational schools have become an ideal place to promote students’technical learning and development.Undoubtedly,practical training is the most effective means to improve students’technical and practical skills.This article is mainly based on the problems existing in the training of secondary vocational electronic and electricians and some targeted strategies combined with their own ideas to maximize the benefits of training and learning.
