摘  要:互联网时代,高校思想政治教育生态发生巨大变革。具体表现在,供给主体地位的权威性与网状社会的个性化、供给内容的泛在性与学生需求的精准性、供给方式的单一性与学生需求的多样性等变量之间的矛盾日益凸显,也是高校思政课供给侧改革的出发点和着力点,利用互联网思维开展战略层、教学层、组织层的思政课供给链与价值链改革,重构思政课供给体系,是实现供给侧改革的落脚点。The era of internet has brought about great changes to the ecological environment of college ideological and political education,which are embodied in the increasingly prominent contradictions between the authoritative position of the supply body and individuality of the network society,between the extensive supply content and the accuracy of students’demand,and between the single supply mode and the diversity of students’demand.These are also the basis and focus of supply side reform of college ideological and political courses.The supply side reform is realized in the reconstruction of supply system of ideological and political courses,which applies internet thinking to the strategic-level,teaching-level and organization-level reform of its supply chain and value chain.
