摘　　要：《全唐文》中韦皋的文集下收录有《破吐蕃露布》一篇,相较于其他露布,学界对《破吐蕃露布》的关注与研究较少,但它非常具有学术研究价值。史料记载中,其作者的认定尚存在争论与分歧,需要进一步展开论证。这篇露布主要描述的是唐德宗贞元十七年至十八年(801-802)唐蕃之间的一场重大战争。战争结束之后,改变了吐蕃对唐的实际态度,也改善了唐朝的不利局面,对促成其后的和谈与长庆会盟起到了重要作用。其内容与细节均可参照正史及其他碑志资料进行补充互证,为了解战争的具体情况及中晚唐时期的唐蕃关系提供了重要的参考资料。The Notice on the Victory of Defeating Tubois included in Wei Gao’s anthology titled Collected Literatures of the Tang Dynasty.Compared with other notices,the Notice on the Victory of Defeating Tubo has been paid less attention and done less research by academic circles,but it has great academic research value.First of all,there are still controversies and differences in the author’s identification,which need to be further discussed.What’s more,this notice mainly describes a major war between the Tang and Tubo from the 17th to 18th year of Zhenyuan period of Emperor Dezong of the Tang Dynasty(801-802).After the war ended,the actual attitude of Tubo towardthe Tang was changed, and the unfavorable situation of the Tang Dynasty was also improved,which had a great influence on the subsequent peace talks and Changqing Alliance.The contents and details of the notice can be supplemented and verified with reference to the official history and some tablet inscriptions.The notice provides important reference materials for understanding the specific situation of the war and the relationship between the Tang and Tubo in the middle and late Tang Dynasty.
