摘 要:新文科较之传统文科是新时代全面提高教育质量、建设教育强国的内在要求。新文科扎根于中国全面建设社会主义现代化国家进程中,具有整体育人、创新育人、实践育人等时代性规定,赋予了新文科知识再造、能力迭代、素养提升和人格整合的育人新使命。同时,也面临着技术融合、专业协同与空间再塑等方面的现实性规定与困境。因此,新文科建设需转换育人理念,积极回应文科育人的实践诉求,着力彰显“四非”的价值性规定:培育学生的非认知性能力、塑造学生的非对称性创新素养、鼓励学生的非共识性探索能力、营造非线性的整体育人环境。Compared to traditional liberal arts,new liberal arts fulfill the internal requirements of improved education quality and constructing education power in the new era.New liberal arts are rooted in the process of China’s overall construction of a socialist modernized country.They are endowed with contemporary policies of overall,innovative,and practical education,as well as such new missions as knowledge re-creation,ability update,quality improvement,and personality perfection.Meanwhile,realistic policies and challenges exist in terms of technological integration,cross-disciplinary coordination,and space reshaping.Therefore,new liberal arts construction calls for transformed education concepts and active response to the practical appeals of liberal arts education.Emphasis should be attached to the policies of“four-non-values”,namely,to cultivate students’non-cognitive abilities,to shape their non-symmetrical innovation quality,to encourage their non-consensus exploring ability,and to create a non-linear overall education environment.
