摘  要:为解决目前煤巷支护作业自动化程度低、可靠性差、支护成本高等问题,设计一种临时支护装置,对装置变幅机构进行研究,根据机构实际尺寸建立数学模型,推导出液压缸力臂运动学方程,借助MATLAB软件得到液压缸力臂变化函数曲线,将所建立的机构三维模型导入至动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,模拟装置工作过程得到变幅油缸力臂仿真变化曲线。将所得到的液压缸力臂变化曲线与理论函数曲线进行对比分析,验证了结论的正确性,为临时支护装置变幅机构的结构设计提供了重要理论依据。In order to solve the problems of low automation, poor reliability, and high support costs in the current coal roadway support operation, a temporary support device was designed, the luffing mechanism of the device was studied, and the mathematical model was established according to the actual size of the mechanism, and the hydraulic cylinder lever arm kinematics equations were derived,with the help of MATLAB software to obtain the change function curve of the hydraulic cylinder lever arm, imported the established three-dimensional model of the mechanism into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and obtained the simulation change curve of the variable amplitude cylinder lever arm during the working process of the simulation device. The comparative analysis of the obtained hydraulic cylinder lever arm variation curve and the theoretical function curve verifies the correctness of the conclusion and provides an important theoretical basis for the structural design of the luffing mechanism of the temporary support device.
