摘 要:在制造或维修采煤机截割滚筒时,要多次对其进行翻转、定位,通过变位来满足不同位置的螺旋叶片、齿座、耐磨板和附件的定位与焊接。设计了一台叉架式焊接变位机,用来对直径为准1.2~2.5 m、质量2~13 t的滚筒进行变位作业。通过对传动原理的分析、各机构的设计与强度校核、相应零配件的选型,最终设计、制作完成并成功应用了叉架式变位机。该叉架式变位机不仅保证了截割滚筒的焊缝质量,提高了生产效率,还消除了潜在的安全隐患,解决了实际生产问题。When manufacturing or maintaining the shearer cutting drum, it needs to be turned over and positioned for many times. By changing the spatial position, it can meet the positioning and welding of spiral blade, cutting tooth seat, wear-resistant plate and accessories in different positions. Designed a welding positioner in the form of fork frame, which is used to change the position of drum with diameter of 1.2~2.5 m and mass of 2 ~13 t. Through the analysis of the transmission principle, the design and strengh check of each mechanism, the selection of corresponding parts, the final design, manufacture and successful application of the welding positioner in the form of fork frame were completed. Not only the quality of welding seam of the cutting drum was guaranteed, but also the production efficiency was improved, the hidden safety factors were eliminated, and the actual production problems were solved.
