摘  要:针对煤矿井下单轨吊机车常用定位技术存在定位精度低和成本高的问题,提出了一种基于捷联惯性导航和射频识别(RFID)技术的组合定位系统。采用惯性测量模块采集机车加速度和姿态角数据;基于RFID技术实现机车位置校正,从而消除累积误差;基于LabVIEW软件开发了上位机,在上位机中可实时观察到机车的速度、位置、航向等信息。实验结果表明,当机车行驶50 m时,其测距误差小于3 m,满足低成本、高精度的定位需求。Aiming at the problems of low location precision and high expense in general positioning technology of monorail crane locomotive in underground coal mine, a combined positioning system based on strapdown inertial navigation and radio frequency identification(RFID) technology was proposed. Inertial measurement module was used to collect locomotive acceleration and attitude angle data. Based on RFID technology, realized the locomotive position correction, thus eliminated the cumulative error. The upper computer was developed based on LabVIEW software, in which the speed,position, heading and other information of locomotive can be observed in real time. The experimental results show that when the locomotive runs 50 m, the distance measuring error is less than 3 m, which satisfies the needs of low cost and high precision positioning.
