摘　　要："平衡阻断"疗法是中国医学科学院肿瘤医院冯利主任,以阴阳平衡概念为理论核心,结合恶性肿瘤发生发展规律,创制的特色恶性肿瘤中医药治疗体系。专利处方益肾骨康方是"平衡阻断"疗法的核心方剂,经多年临床及基础实验检验,具有良好的临床疗效和丰富的研究价值。拟结合中医对于恶性肿瘤骨转移的理论认识,探讨以益肾骨康方为代表的"平衡阻断"疗法治疗恶性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤骨转移的理论依据,为临床广泛应用于恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗提供支持。The balance-blocking therapy is a unique traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment system for malignant tumors,which is developed by Feng Li,director of the Cancer Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,by taking the concept of yin-yang balance as its theoretical core and combining the concept with the occurrence and development laws of malignant tumors.Yishen Gukang Decoction is applied as its core patented prescription,which turns out to have good clinical efficacy and rich research value after years of clinical and basic experimental tests.Combined with the theoretical understanding of malignant tumor bone metastasis in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper means to explore the theoretical basis of the balanceblocking therapy in the treatment of malignant tumors and malignant tumor bone metastasis,which is represented by the patented prescription of Yishen Gukang Decoction,so as to provide a support for its wider clinical application in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis.
