刘铁军运用“下法”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎

摘　　要：刘铁军教授国家级名老中医,从事中医内科临床、教学、科研40余载,善用"下法"治疗脾胃病,且疗效显著,在"下法"的基础上,对于萎缩性胃炎,刘老提出"毒损胃络"理论,认为萎缩性胃炎的发生为正气不足,脾胃虚弱,同时外邪侵袭,毒损胃络,加之肝气郁结,日久郁而成瘀,运用中医药临床辨证加减治疗效果显著,通过中医传承辅助平台,利用数据挖掘技术,总结慢性萎缩性胃炎病例319例,将刘铁军教授治疗萎缩性胃炎的常用方药加以总结,指导临床潜方用药,具有重要的临床意义。Professor Liu Tiejun,a famous national-level TCM doctor,has been engaged in the clinical treatment,teaching,and scientific research of TCM internal medicine for more than 40 years.He makes good use of the purgative method to treat spleen and stomach diseases,with a remarkable curative effect.On the basis of his purgative method,Professor Liu puts forward the theory of“toxin damaging stomach collaterals”for the treatment of atrophic gastritis,maintaining that the disease is mainly caused by the deficient vital qi and the weak spleen and stomach,as well as the invasion of external pathogens,resulting in a damage to stomach collaterals by toxins,combined with the stagnation of liver qi,which leads to blood stasis over time.He believes that the disease can be effectively treated with a flexible TCM differentiation and treatment method in clinic.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supporting Software(TCMISS)and using the data mining technology,the paper investigates the 319 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Professor Liu Tiejun to summarize his commonly used prescriptions and medications for the treatment of the disease,hoping to guide the future clinical treatment in this respect,which is of important clinical significance.
