摘　　要：苜蓿草产量高,营养物质丰富,被广泛应用于反刍动物。其粗纤维含量高,在猪上的代谢能和净能较低,限制了其在猪上的使用。随着玉米和豆粕等饲料原料价格的上升,生产商迫切地寻找提高生产效率和降低成本的饲料原料替代品。苜蓿草重新走进了养猪人的视野。文章将对苜蓿草在猪饲粮中的有关研究进行综述,以期为其在饲料中的广泛利用提供参考。Alfalfa was widely used in ruminants because of its high yield and rich nutrients.Its high crude fiber content,low metabolizable energy,and net energy limited its application in pigs.With the rising price of corn,soybean meal and other feed materials,producers must look for alternatives to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Alfalfa has entered the vision of pig breeders again.This paper would review the research of alfalfa in pig diet,in order to provide reference for its wide use in feed.
