南美白对虾和草金鱼、草鱼等池塘混养技术初探

摘　　要：为探索南美白对虾与鱼类的新型混养模式,于2020年5月—10月在上海市青浦区某合作社开展了南美白对虾和草金鱼、草鱼等的池塘混养试验。试验结果显示:0.33 hm^(2)(5亩)试验池塘共收获南美白对虾2070 kg,平均规格83尾/kg,平均销售价格37.7元/kg,销售收入78040元;共收获草金鱼430 kg,平均规格230.0 g/尾,平均销售价格27元/kg,销售收入11610元。南美白对虾和草金鱼总计收入89650元,扣除生产成本45950元,利润为43700元。In order to develop a new pattern of shrimp-fish polyculture,a polyculture experiment of shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)with grass goldfish(Carassius auratus)and grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)was carried out in a cooperative in Qingpu District,Shanghai,from May to October 2020.The results showed that 2070 kg L.vannamei with an average size of 83 individuals per kg and 430 kg goldfish with an average body weight of 230 g were harvested.As the unit price of 37.7 RMB/kg and 27 RMB/kg for L.vannamei and C.auratus,the sales revenue of the two species were 78040 RMB and 11610 RMB respectively.Deducting the production cost of 45950 RMB,the total profit reached up to 43700 RMB.
