红细胞平均体积、红细胞脆性和血红蛋白电泳联合检测在地中海贫血诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究地中海贫血诊断中红细胞平均体积、红细胞脆性和血红蛋白电泳联合应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年6月于我院检验科进行筛查的122例地中海贫血患者为观察组,随机选择同期122名健康体检人群为对照组,比较两组血红蛋白(Hb)电泳、红细胞脆性及红细胞平均体积(MCV)水平,分析单独检测和联合检测的敏感性和特异性。结果:观察组患者MCV和红细胞脆性低于对照组(P<0.05);α型地贫患者HbA2计数含量明显低于对照组,β型地贫患者HbA2则高于对照组,相较于对照组,α型、β型地贫患者HbA计数含量更低,HbF计数含量显著更高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:Hb电泳、红细胞脆性及MCV联合检测在地贫患者诊断中敏感性和特异性较高。Objective:To explore the combined value of erythrocyte mean volume,erythrocyte fragility and hemoglobin electrophoresis in the diagnosis of Thalassemia.Methods:between January 2019 and June 2020 in our hospital clinical laboratory screening of 122 patients with Mediterranean anemia as the observation group,the same period randomly selected 122 healthy check-up crowd as the control group,compared two groups of hemoglobin(Hb)electrophoresis,RBC brittleness and average red blood cell volume(MCV)level,the analysis of the sensitivity and specificity of detection and united detection separately.Results:MCV and ERYTHROcyte fragility in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HbA count in type and type poverty-stricken patients was lower,while the HbF count in type poverty-stricken patients was significantly higher(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combined detection of Hb electrophoresis,erythrocyte fragility and MCV is highly sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of thalassaemia patients.
