摘 要:修削桨叶是预防实船螺旋桨唱音发生较为常用的手段。为了研究抗唱音削边对实桨梢涡空泡性能的影响,以实尺度螺旋桨梢部的局部模型(0.9R~1.0R)为研究对象,采用不同梢部加工工艺制作模型,在高速空泡水筒中观测梢涡空泡起始和形态。试验结果表明,合适的抗唱音削边处理有助于改善梢涡空泡性能。自动削边和手动削边二者效果相当,但手工削边质量依赖工人手艺,容易破坏剖面翼型和改变剖面攻角,有时会导致涡唱现象发生。建议对实尺度螺旋桨梢部采用数控机床自动削边加工。Cutting the blade edges is the most commonly used and effective method to prevent singing of the full-scale propeller.In order to study the influence of the anti-singing devised edges on the tip vortex cavitation performance of the full-scale propeller,the observation test of tip vortex cavitation inception and pattern is performed in the high speed tunnel for three different full-scale tip models,which are the part of 0.9R~1.0R for a certain full-scale propeller and manufactured by adopting different tip processing technics.The test results show that the proper anti-singing devised edges contribute to improving the propeller tip vortex cavitation performance.Although the anti-singing devised edges processed manually have the comparable effectiveness with it processed automatically by machine tool,the quality of anti-singing devised edges greatly depend on the skill of workers and have great uncertainly.For the reason that the section airfoil and the section attack angle are easily destroyed and changed,sometimes it can lead to the occurrence of the vortex singing.As a result,the inception cavitation number of tip vortex cavitation become extremely high.It is suggested that the anti-singing devised edges of full-scale propeller should be manufactured automatically using machine tool.
