摘　　要：教育评价是教育教学工作的指挥棒,是现代教育治理的重要环节。我国高校非学历继续教育培训市场已进入发展期,以培训质量评价问题为切入点,研究培训市场的健康发育和培训质量的全面提升的任务尤为紧迫。分析和研究建立高校培训质量评价体系的主要原则、难点及解决途径,提出高校培训质量评价体系结构模型及特点,是落实深化新时代教育评价改革、建立健全教育评价制度和机制的当务之急。Educational evaluation is the guidance of educational teaching and an important part of modern educational governance.The non-degree continuing education and training market in colleges and universities in China has entered a period of development.It is particularly urgent to study the healthy development of the training market and the overall improvement of the training quality from the perspective of training quality evaluation.This paper analyzes and studies the main principles,difficulties and solutions of establishing the training quality evaluation system in colleges and universities,and puts forward the structural model and characteristics of the training quality evaluation system in colleges and universities.It is urgent to implement the reform of education evaluation in the new era and establish and improve the education evaluation system and mechanism.
