摘  要:目的通过构建公共卫生应急虚拟仿真教学模式,探讨虚拟仿真教学法在公共卫生与预防医学专业研究生教学中的应用。方法选取郑州大学公共卫生学院2019级公共卫生与预防医学专业71名研究生(传统教学组)和2020级公共卫生与预防医学专业102名研究生(虚拟仿真组)作为研究对象。以发热伴血小板减少综合征的疫情调查处置为例建立公共卫生应急虚拟仿真教学软件。对2019级和2020级研究生分别采用传统教学模式和虚拟仿真教学模式,比较两个年级研究生突发公共卫生事件预防控制课程的理论考核成绩,采用问卷方式调查2020级研究生对虚拟仿真教学模式的评价。结果虚拟仿真组理论考核成绩高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。89%研究生认为虚拟仿真教学有必要在公共卫生与预防医学教学中开展,且绝大部分研究生对虚拟仿真教学中的教学设计和实施各环节表示认可,并认为通过训练能够提高学生积极性,提升教师教学质量。结论公共卫生应急虚拟仿真教学可提高研究生的实践能力和教师的教学质量,可在公共卫生与预防医学研究生教学中实施及推广。Objective To explore the application of virtual simulation teaching method in the teaching of postgraduates majoring in public health and preventive medicine through the construction of public health emergency virtual simulation teaching mode.Methods A total of 71 postgraduates majoring in public health and preventive medicine in 2019 and 102 postgraduates majoring in public health and preventive medicine in 2020 studying in the College of Public Health of Zhengzhou University were collected.A virtual simulation teaching software were established for public health emergency,taking the investigation and disposal of the epidemic situation of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome.The traditional teaching mode and virtual simulation teaching mode were adopted for 2019 and 2020 postgraduates,respectively.The theoretical assessment scores of two grades of postgraduates in the course of prevention and control of public health emergencies were compared.Questionnaires were used to evaluate the evaluation of virtual simulation teaching mode in 2020 postgraduates.Results The theoretical assessment score of traditional teaching group was lower than that of virtual simulation group(P<0.05).Eighty-nine percent of postgraduates believed that virtual simulation teaching was necessary in the teaching of public health and preventive medicine.The majority of postgraduates approbated the teaching design and implementation of virtual simulation teaching that could increase students’enthusiasm and help teachers improve teaching quality.Conclusion The virtual simulation teaching of public health emergency can improve the practical ability of postgraduates and teachers’teaching quality,and it can also be implemented and promoted in the teaching of public health and preventive medicine.
