摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合藻酸双酯钠治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于息县人民医院接受诊疗的80例TIA患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(40例,口服丁苯酞软胶囊)与观察组(40例,口服丁苯酞软胶囊+藻酸双酯钠),两组均连续治疗2周,观察两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前、治疗2周后神经损伤标志物[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100B蛋白]水平、凝血功能[凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)],并统计两组不良反应情况。结果治疗2周后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,NSE、S-100B蛋白水平、Fib低于对照组,PT、APTT高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合藻酸双酯钠治疗可改善TIA患者神经功能及凝血功能,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with sodium alginate diester in the treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods Eighty patients with TIA treated in Xixian People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group took butylphthalide soft capsules orally,and observation group took butylphthalide soft capsules combined with sodium alginate diester orally.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,the levels of nerve injury markers[neuron specific enolase(NSE),S-100B protein]and coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fib)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)]were compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,PT and APTT in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of NSE,S-100B protein and Fib were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse effects between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with sodium alginate diester can improve the neurological function and coagulation function of patients with TIA,improve the clinical efficacy.
