益气和中方加减在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益气和中方加减在慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年3月于宁陵县人民医院中医内科接受诊疗的80例CAG患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。给予对照组常规西药治疗,给予观察组常规西药联合益气和中方加减治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月,观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、胃功能指标[血浆胃动素(MOT)、血清促胃液素-17(G-17)、血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)Ⅰ],并统计两组不良反应情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组MOT、G-17、PGⅠ水平均高于治疗前,且观察组MOT、G-17、PGⅠ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气和中方加减可有效减轻CAG患者临床症状,提升胃功能。Objective To explore the application effect of modified Yiqi Hezhong Recipe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 80 patients who received diagnosis and treatment in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ningling County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with modified Yiqi Hezhong Recipe.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and gastric function indexes[plasma motilin(MOT),serum gastrin-17(G-17)and serum pepsinogen(PG)Ⅰ]were observed between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the MOT,G-17 and PGⅠlevels of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the MOT,G-17 and PGⅠlevels of observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Yiqi Hezhong Recipe can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the gastric function of patients with CAG.
