摘  要:伴随着第四次工业革命的到来,无人驾驶技术得到了长足发展,目前全世界对无人驾驶汽车技术的研究正如火如荼的展开,对其相关的社会问题也时有探讨,但其面临的社会问题还没有得到系统而深入的研究。无人驾驶汽车社会基础设施分为硬件基础设施和软件基础设施,基于此,我们提出并运用了无人驾驶汽车HS_(IPCESR)分析模型。无人驾驶汽车社会硬件基础设施包括可协调智能基础设施、无线网络、边缘数据中心、汽车充电站/桩、高精地图和高精定位,软件基础设施包括商业保险、隐私保护、网络安全、伦理道德、技术标准和交通法规。针对无人驾驶汽车社会基础设施存在的问题,可采用市场主导、政府助力市场和政府主导三种解决方法。由此,可为系统性解决无人驾驶汽车的社会基础设施问题提供理论基础和参考。With the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution,driverless car technology has made great progress.At present,the research on driverless car technology is in full swing all over the world,and the social problems related to it are also discussed from time to time,but the social problems it faces have not been systematically and deeply studied.The social infrastructure of driverless vehicles is divided into hardware infrastructure and software infrastructure.Based on this,the HS_(IPCESR)analysis model of driverless vehicles is proposed.The social hardware infrastructure of driverless cars includes coordinated intelligent infrastructure,wireless networks,edge data centers,vehicle charging stations/piles,high-precision maps and high-precision positioning,and the software infrastructure includes commercial insurance,privacy protection,network security,ethics,technical standards and traffic regulations.Based on the problems existing in the social infrastructure of driverless vehicles,three solutions are proposed:market-led,government-assisted market and government-led.Therefore,this research provides a theoretical basis and reference for systematically solving the social infrastructure problems of driverless vehicles.
