摘　　要：文章以制药专业学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、测量法和数理统计法,揭示制药专业学生体育核心素养发展与就业存在的现状问题,并结合精准体育教学进行实验对比研究,旨在促进学生优秀人格、身体素质、心理健康与社会适应、预防职业病发展等。我们得出的结论是:精准体育教学对促进学生体育核心素养综合发展,增强就业竞争力方面效果显著。Taking pharmaceutical students as the research objects,this paper reveals the current problems of students’core quality development and employment,and conducts comparative study combined with precise physical education by literature,experts interviews,questionnaire,measurement and mathematical statistics.Our aim is to cultivate students’personality,physical quality and mental health,and make them adapt to the society and prevent occupational health problems.Precise physical education has significant effects on promoting students’core quality development and made them more competitive in job markets.
