基于三菱PLC的步进电动机控制

摘　　要：以步进电动机为研究对象,搭建基于三菱PLC的步进电动机控制系统硬件电路,分析系统功能,绘出电气控制原理图,结合电路,编程调试实现步进电动机正反两个方向给定角度控制及急停保护功能。Taking the stepper motor as the research object,the hardware circuit of the stepper motor control system based on Mitsubishi PLC is built,the system function is analyzed,and the electrical control schematic diagram is given.Combined with the circuit,programming and debugging are carried out to realize the given angle control and emergency stop protection function of the stepper motor in both positive and negative directions.
