摘 要:针对汽车零部件设计集成化和轻量化的要求,悬架推力球轴承在原有单一轴承功能基础上集成轴承、弹簧上座、限位块固定支座等多项功能,这些集成功能主要由推力球轴承的上下塑料端盖实现,在进行推力球轴承设计时除考虑轴承功能结构外还要考虑集成功能结构的强度问题。基于赫兹接触理论和能量守恒定律分别对推力球轴承的轴承功能结构和集成功能结构进行力学分析,给出了强度校核理论方法。并以某车型推力球轴承为研究对象,采用理论方法校核出轴承塑料部分不满足要求,与实际装车试验结果一致,说明了理论方法的正确性。同时基于工程经验设计了一套推力球轴承强度验证的台架试验方案。Due to integration and lightweight requirements during design of car parts,the suspension thrust ball bearing has evolved from original single function into multiple functions integrated with bearing,spring upper seats,limit block fixed support,etc.These integrated functions are mainly realized by upper and lower plastic end covers of thrust ball bearing.In addition to functional structure of the bearing,the strength of integrated functional structure should also be considered during design of thrust ball bearing.Based on Hertzian contact theory and energy conservation law,the functional structure and integrated functional structure of thrust ball bearing are analyzed mechanically,and the theoretical method for strength checking is given.Taking a thrust ball bearing as the research object,the theoretical checking verifies that the plastic part of the bearing does not meet the requirements,which is consistent with actual loading test results,indicating the correctness of theoretical method.At the same time,a bench test scheme for strength checking of a thrust ball bearing is designed based on engineering experience.
