摘 要:建立角接触球轴承环间气液两相流有限元仿真模型,基于FLUENT流体计算软件对轴承环间喷射润滑穿透过程进行仿真分析。对球进行分层处理,得到分层为10时润滑油发生雾化的油液颗粒显示更准确。在球分层为10的条件下分析了转速和喷油压力对轴承腔内大粒径油液占比的影响,结果表明:随转速增大,大粒径油液占比减小;随喷油压力增大,大粒径油液占比增大。搭建试验台进行验证,试验与仿真结果变化趋势一致,且误差在允许范围之内。A finite element simulation model of gas-liquid two-phase flow between angular contact ball bearing rings is established,and the injection lubrication penetration process between bearing rings is simulated and analyzed based on FLUENT fluid calculation software.The ball is layered,the particles of nebulized lubricating oil display more accurately when the layers are 10.The influence of rotational speed and oil injection pressure on proportion of oil with large particle size in bearing cavity is analyzed under the condition that the ball layers are 10.The results show that:with the increase of rotational speed,the proportion of oil with large particle size decreases;with the increase of injection pressure,the proportion of oil with large particle size increases.A test bench is built for verification,the variation trend of test and simulation results is consistent,and the error is within the allowable range.
