摘 要:弱磁检测轴承保持架转速作为最新提出的一种方法,具有不改变轴承本身结构和性质、不受油液和温度干扰的优点,其采集到的信号称为弱磁信号。针对弱磁信号较为敏感所导致噪声干扰强,难以提取保持架转速以计算打滑率的问题,提出了一种基于自适应噪声完备集合本征时间尺度分解的特征增强方法,将噪声消除与特征增强有机结合,实现强噪干扰下滚动轴承弱磁信号中微弱保持架转速特征频率的提取,并通过试验验证了该方法在实际应用中的有效性。As a newly proposed method,magnetic field weakening detection of rotational speed of bearing cage has the advantages of without changing structure and properties of bearing,and not being interfered by oil and temperature.The collected signal is called magnetic field weakening signal.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extract rotational speed of cage to calculate slip rate due to strong noise interference caused by sensitivity of magnetic field weakening signal,an feature enhancement method based on complete ensemble intrinsic time scale decomposition with adaptive noise is presented,the noise cancellation and feature enhancement are combined to realize extraction of feature frequency of rotational speed of cage in magnetic field weakening signal of rolling bearings under strong noise interference,and the validity of the method in practical application is verified by experiments.
