基于前端控制的企业文档数字化管理策略研究

摘　　要：分析了企业数字文档形成与管理的必要性、实施要求和运行中存在的问题,结合企业实际发展需求,从构建企业数字文档形成的管理体系框架、规划管理要求、设计管理标准和设计自动管控系统四个方面制定了提升企业数字文档管理的策略。This paper analyzes the necessity,implementation requirements and problems existing in the formation and management of enterprise digital documents.Combined with the actual development needs of enterprises,the strategies for improving the management of enterprise digital documents are formulated from four aspects:the management system framework of enterprise digital document formation,planning management requirements,design management standards and design automatic control system.
