摘　　要：目的探讨迷走神经刺激术(VNS)治疗SCN1A基因异常相关儿童难治性癫痫的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院神经外科2018年8月至2019年9月行VNS治疗的5例SCN1A基因异常相关难治性癫痫患儿的临床资料。术后行临床随访18个月,分析两组的治疗效果和并发症。结果VNS治疗18个月,5例患儿的无发作率为20%(1/5),总体有效率为80%(4/5)。5例患者术后未见并发症。结论VNS治疗SCN1A基因异常相关儿童难治性癫痫有效,未见并发症,但样本量较少,有待于长期随访。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)in the treatment of intractable epilepsy in children with SCN1 A gene abnormality.Methods the clinical data of 5 children with intractable epilepsy associated with SCN1 A gene abnormality who underwent VNS treatment in the Department of Neurosurgery,children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from August 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed up for 18 months to analyze the therapeutic effect and complications.Results after 18 months of VNS treatment,the seizure free rate was 20%(1/5),and the overall effective rate was 80%(4/5).No complications were found in 5 patients.Conclusion VNS is effective in the treatment of intractable epilepsy in children with SCN1 A gene abnormality,and there is no complication,but the sample size is small,which needs long-term follow-up.
