摘  要:针对秦皇岛港煤三期高架输送带煤流量无法实时检测而造成的长时间空载的问题,设计了一种基于激光测距传感器的输送带煤流量检测系统。系统通过组建西门子开放式用户通信,将高架输送带煤流量信息引入到煤三期生产控制环网,实现了对高架输送带煤流量的实时检测,解决了长久以来高架输送带煤流量无法检测的问题。该系统在港口、煤炭、矿山、电力等领域具有广阔的应用前景,能够提高生产作业的自动化水平和生产效率。In view of long time no-load caused by the failure in real-time detection of coal flow on the overhead conveyor belt of Qinhuangdao Port Coal Phase III,a conveyor belt coal flow detection system based on laser ranging sensor was designed.By establishing Siemens open user communication,the system introduced the overhead conveyor belt coal flow information into the coal production control loop network of the Coal Phase III,so as to realize the real-time detection of the overhead conveyor belt coal flow and solve the problem that the failure in detection of the coal flow on the overhead conveyor belt for a long time.The system had wide application prospect in port,coal,mine,power plant and other fields,and could improve the automation level of production and productivity.
