前庭性偏头痛患者心理状态及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前庭性偏头痛(VM)患者的心理状态及其影响因素。方法选取我院2019年5月-2020年8月期间收治的128例VM患者,采用自制头痛调查问卷、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者心理状态进行评估,并分析可能影响患者心理状态的因素。结果128例VM患者中,92例伴有焦虑,97例伴有抑郁,焦虑抑郁共病53例;VM患者伴有焦虑、抑郁与病程、学历、医疗费用来源、发作次数、听力受损因素相关;其中病程、偏头痛发作次数、学历、听力受损、医疗费用来源均是VM患者焦虑抑郁的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论VM患者伴有焦虑、抑郁情绪比例较高,焦虑、抑郁与病程、偏头痛发作次数、学历、听力受损因素相关。Objective To explore the psychological status and its influencing factors in patients with vestibular migraine(VM). Methods A total of 128 VM patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected. The self-made headache questionnaire. Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA). Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used o assess the mental state of the patients,and the factors that may affect the mental state of patients were analyzed. Results The investigation showed that among 128 patients with VM.92 patients were accompanied by anxiety and 97 patients were accompanied by depression,53 cases of anxiety and depression comorbidities. VM patients with anxiety,depression were related to the course of disease,education,source of medical expenses,number of attacks,and hearing impairment;among them,the course of disease. The number of migraine attacks,educational background,hearing loss,and sources of medical expenses are all risk factors for anxiety and depression in VM patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Most of VM patients are accompanied by anxiety and depression,which are related to the course of the disease,the number of migraine attacks,educational background,and hearing impairment factors.
