摘  要:为了避免运用移动闭塞对单线铁路进行扩能改造后产生的运输能力远大于线路需求的情况,在改造初期关停沿途部分会让站是一种有效的解决办法,同时能够减少运营维护支出。分析采用移动闭塞方式后,单线铁路关停车站的方案原理,在给定的假设背景下,研究关停车站的临界条件,以关停车站后运营维护节省最大为目标建立0-1整数规划模型,以新建和若铁路设计初期的数据为例,验证关停车站临界条件和所建模型的准确性。结果表明,优化后的关停车站方案合理,能够有效减少运营维护支出,产生较好的经济和社会效益。Single-track railway capacity expanded by adopting the moving block mode is far greater than the demand.Closing down some of the passing stations along the line in the initial stage of the transformation is an effective way out.It can also reduce the operation and maintenance expenses.For single-track railways that have adopted the moving block mode,the scheme principle of closing down passing stations was analyzed.With a study of the critical conditions for closing down passing stationsin the given hypothetical context,a 0-1 integer programming model was established to maximize the operation and maintenance savings after the stations were closed down.Data from the initial design stage of the new Heruo Railway were calculated to verify the critical conditions for closing down passing stations and the accuracy of the model.The results show that the optimized scheme for closing down passing stations is reasonable.It can not only reduce the operation and maintenance expenses but also produce better economic and social benefits.
