强制性运动疗法结合针灸推拿对于脑卒中偏瘫康复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强制性运动疗法结合针灸推拿对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的影响。方法80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予针灸推拿,观察组给予强制性运动疗法结合针灸推拿。比较两组的运动功能、训练依从性以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的运动功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的训练依从性为97.50%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强制性运动疗法结合针灸推拿可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能及生活质量,提高训练依从性。Objective To explore the impact of constraint-induced movement therapy combined with acupuncture and massage on the rehabilitation of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture and massage,while the observation group was given constraint-induced movement therapy combined with acupuncture and massage.The motor function,training compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of motor function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The training compliance in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of items of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Constraint-induced movement therapy combined with acupuncture and massage can improve the motor function,training compliance and quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
