摘 要:为了减少生产车间的物资搬运距离并提高搬运效率,人们常常应用传统的系统布置设计(SLP)方法来确定加工设备的具体布局方法,但基于经验与主观性的传统SLP方法很难确保设施布局结果最优。为此提出了基于遗传算法的SLP方法,首先通过传统SLP方法得出车间作业单位相互关系,然后应用遗传算法对多个区域加工车间布局进行计算调整,最后结合MATLAB进行优化仿真。仿真结果显示,该方法不仅能减少操作人员的主观性,而且比传统的SLP方法更能减少车间物料搬运距离,可为实际应用提供参考。In order to reduce the material handling distance in the production workshop and improve the handling efficiency,people often use the traditional system layout design(SLP)method to determine the specific layout method of processing equipment.However,the traditional SLP method based on experience and subjectivity is difficult to ensure that the facility layout result is the best.Therefore,this paper proposes a SLP method based on genetic algorithm.Firstly,the relationship between workshop units is obtained through the traditional SLP method,then the genetic algorithm is used to calculate and adjust the layout of processing workshops in multiple areas,and finally the optimization simulation is carried out with MATLAB.The simulation results show that this method can not only reduce the subjectivity of operators,but also reduce the material handling distance in the workshop than the traditional SLP method,which can provide a reference for practical application.
