摘 要:目的探究在妇产科学临床带教中应用多元化教学法的价值。方法将2018年7月85例妇产科毕业本科生通过计算机表法进行分组,分为试验组与参照组,试验组纳入43例,参照组纳入42例,试验组采取多元化教学法,参照组采取传统教学法,对比两组学生的理论成绩和实操成绩,并对教学满意度进行分析。结果试验组学生理论成绩为(91.26±3.15)分优于参照组的(82.58±4.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=16.2159,P=0.0000),实操成绩为(90.68±3.63)分优于参照组的(81.49±5.82)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=14.6898,P=0.0000)。在试验组43例学生中非常满意的和比较满意的学生共42例,而对照组42例学生中非常满意的和比较满意的学生共32例,试验组对学习方式的满意度为97.67%明显高于参照组的76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.7044,P=0.0031)。结论多元化教学法用于妇产科学临床带教效果显著,不仅可以培养学生的团队协作精神和急救意识,而且可以有效提高学生理论及实操成绩,提升学生的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of diversified teaching method in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 85 cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology graduates in July 2018 were divided into experimental group and reference group,random number table for grouping,43 cases in the experimental group and 42 cases in the reference group.The experimental group adopted diversified teaching method.The theoretical and practical results of the two groups of students were compared,and the teaching satisfaction was analyzed.The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score of the students in the experimental group was(91.26±3.15)points,which was better than that in the reference group(82.58±4.68)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.2159,P=0.0000).The practical operation score was(90.68±3.63)points,which was better than that of the reference group(81.49±5.82)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=14.6898,P=0.0000).Among the 43 students in the experimental group,42 were very satisfied and relatively satisfied,while 32 were very satisfied and relatively satisfied in the 42 students in the control group.The satisfaction of the experimental group with learning style was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.19%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.7044,P=0.0031).Conclusion The effect of diversified teaching method in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology is significant.It can not only cultivate students'teamwork spirit and first aid consciousness,but also effectively improve students'theoretical and practical performance,and improve the students'satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
