摘 要:目的探讨基于3D打印技术的CBL教学法在足踝外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017级五年制临床医学专业60名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的案例教学授课模式,实验组采用基于3D打印技术的CBL教学模式,利用雨课堂的直播测试功能检验学生的学习效果,包括基础知识,发现问题,解决问题方案运用三项,总分100分。另外发放问卷调查学生对基于3D打印技术的CBL教学模式的认可情况。结果实验组学习测试成绩高于对照组,调查问卷显示在提高学习乐趣、增强课堂专注度、提高临床技能、培养解决问题的能力等方面,实验组认可度均高于对照组。结论基于3D打印技术的CBL教学模式可以使得传统的案例教学过程更加丰富,更加多元化,学生在自主互动的学习过程中可以更有效地理解掌握足踝部骨折的损伤分型、损伤机制及个性化的治疗方案,从而提升教学效果,使教学效果更加理想,在足踝外科教学中具有一定的优越性和可行性。Objective To explore the application effect of CBL teaching based on 3D printing technology in foot and ankle surgery teaching.Methods Sixty five-year clinical medical students of grade 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group).The control group adopted the traditional case teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the CBL teaching mode based on 3D printing technology.The theoretical test scores of the two groups were compared,and the students'recognition of the CBL teaching mode based on 3D printing technology was investigated by questionnaire.Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The questionnaire showed that the improvement of learning fun,classroom concentration,clinical skills and problem-solving ability were the key points.In terms of examination,the recognition of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion CBL teaching mode based on 3D printing technology can make the traditional case teaching process richer and more diversified.Students can more effectively understand and master the injury classification,injury mechanism and personalized treatment scheme of ankle fracture in the process of autonomous and interactive learning,so as to improve the teaching effect and make the teaching effect more ideal,which has a certain significance in ankle surgery teaching The advantages and feasibility of this method.
