奥氮平、喹硫平联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效

摘　　要：目的对比奥氮平与喹硫平分别联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的临床效果。方法将医院于2017年8月—2019年8月期间收治的90例阿尔茨海默病患者选为分析对象,按照随机数字表法分组的方式将其分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组45例,给予对照组患者奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗,给予研究组喹硫平联合多奈哌齐治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后自理能力变化情况以及药物不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗有效率无显著差异,观察组和对照组分别为93.33%和88.89%,数据差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;两组患者治疗前后的ADL评分差异没有统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率为15.56%,高于对照组不良反应发生率13.33%,数据对比差异没有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论奥氮平和喹硫平分别联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状,两者的临床疗效相当、使用安全性也大致相同,都是有效、安全的治疗方案,在临床应用的过程中,可以根据患者的实际病情和用药适应症,选择合适的药物进行治疗。Objective To compare the clinical effects of olanzapine and quetiapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease mental behavior symptoms.Methods Ninety patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the analysis objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,which were the observation group.And the control group,45 cases in each group,were treated with olanzapine combined with donepezil in the control group,and quetiapine combined with donepezil in the study group.The clinical efficacy,changes in self-care ability before and after treatment,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate of treatment between the two groups.The observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 88.89%,respectively.The difference in data was not statistically significant,P>0.05;there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups before and after treatment,Significance,P>0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group was 15.56%,which was higher than the incidence of 13.33%in the control group.There was no statistical significance in data comparison,P>0.05.Conclusion Olanzapine and quetiapine are combined with donepezil in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease mental and behavioral symptoms.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two are similar.They are both effective and safe treatment options.In the process of clinical application According to the patient’s actual condition and medication indications,appropriate drugs can be selected for treatment.
