摘　　要：本文基于对全国各警种警用无人驾驶航空器驾驶员的281份调查问卷,重点梳理了驾驶员在训练及实战中可能出现的不良心理状态,分析了其产生的原因并将它们归类并深入发掘出了可能出现的危害。结合当前警航工作实际及未来发展趋势的基础,从组织管理、队伍建设、制度设计等多个层面对驾驶员心理辅导机制的构建进行了初步探索,以期保证驾驶员能够以最佳的心理状态顺利完成飞行任务,协助案件快速、准确侦破。Based on a survey of more than 280 police aviator,this paper focuses on the possible unhealthy psychological state of drivers during training and actual combat and analyzes the causes of these diseases,classifies them and excavates the possible hazards.Based on the reality of the current police navigation work and the future development trend,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the construction of the pilot psychological counseling mechanism from the aspects of organization and management,team building,system design,etc.,with a view to ensuring that the pilot can successfully complete the mission in the best mental state,to assist in the rapid and accurate detection of cases.
