摘  要:优选107硅橡胶(α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷)为基胶,选择气相法二氧化硅作为补强填料,添加适量的交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂等功能性助剂,研制一种具有优良力学性能的酸性硅酮胶。探究混合的107胶黏度对酸性硅酮胶的表干时间、硬度、拉伸强度、拉伸延展量的影响。经试验发现,硅橡胶胶黏剂的表干时间都随着黏度10000m Pa·s的107胶比例的增大而变长。当黏度10000m Pa·s107胶和80000mP a·s107胶的质量比为3∶1时,强度达到最大值。107 silicone rubber(α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane) is preferred as the base rubber, fumed silica is selected as the reinforcing filler, and proper amount of crosslinking agent, coupling agent, catalyst and other functions are added to prepare an acidic silicone rubber with excel-lent mechanical properties. The influence of the viscosity of the mixed 107 glue on the surface drying time, hardness, tensile strength, and tensile e-longation of the acid silicone glue are explore. The experiments show that the surface drying time of silicone rubber adhesives increases as the ratio of107 glue with a viscosity of 10000 mPa.s increases. When the mass ratio of the viscosity of 10000 mPa.s107 glue and 80,000 mPa.s107 glue is 75 ∶25,the strength reaches the maximum.
